Blue Forge Technologies specializes in designing and building custom data management systems, enterprise content management solutions, and workflow automation platforms. Services are provided on a project basis as mutually agreed upon in writing.

The Blue Forge SMS program operates from US long code +1 470 280 3937. By providing your mobile phone number, you give your consent directly to Blue Forge Technologies LLC only to receive text messages for business communication purposes. This consent is not bundled into or part of any other agreement.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Blue Forge Technologies website and in our deliverables, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Blue Forge Technologies LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Custom work product developed for clients is subject to the terms of individual project agreements.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

We respect the confidentiality of client information. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business, as further defined in project-specific non-disclosure agreements when applicable.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Project-specific termination provisions are governed by individual agreements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
